Future Plans
The Cavite State University- Naic Campus is dedicated to strengthen the
Faculty development area. The university will reinforced different programs that
nurtures faculty career growth, health and wellness, and personal being. Different
programs includes trainings and seminars locally and intenationally.
The University will also encourages faculty members to be a member of
intenational and local organizations related to hosptality management, for them to be
updated in the latest trend in hospitality industry.
The Univerisity will as well inspires faculty members to finish graduate studies
to further increase their capabilities and skills in their field of expertise. Moreover HRM
faculty members are highly encourages to take TM ( Trainor’s Methodolgy Training )
and become Assesors .
The University will likewise encourages faculty members to present and publish
research papers to both local and international arena and publication.
