The Faculty Development Plan shows that the Teacher Education faculty
members continually aspire to upgrade their knowledge and skills and to improve
themselves professionally to better serve the institution and its stakeholders. Some have
already enrolled and others are preparing to pursue higher degree in the near future.
Through self-support, assistance from the University and scholarship from governmental
agencies such as Department of Science and Technology and Commission on Higher
Education faculty members will be able to achieve their objective for professional
advancement.
