Develop and implement a pre-retirement program

Participation in a pre-retirement planning program should be open to all

members of the university, regardless of age. Employees 55 years old and above

are advised by Human Resource Officer to attend pre-retirement seminars. Also,

employees are guided by the process stated on the Operational Procedures.
