II. PROVISION OF MATERIALS AND OTHER RESOURCES
The campus makes sure that necessary materials, supplies and other
resources are available for the implementation of the extension projects. The
extension program of BSHRM are commonly conducted at the community. The
department always make sure that the materials are readily available. The campus
are very generous to give all the necessary materials and resources. The materials
are well organized. Some extension activities are conducted inside the University
For table setting and skirting training, the campus provided a venue and
materials that are necessary for the program. The materials are always ready as
they are always washed.
For bidbid longganisa, and bangus spread, the ingredients needed were
purchased in Naic Public Market a day before the training to ensure the freshness
of the ingredients. For the bidbid and bangus it was purchased on the day the
training will be conducted.
The approved fund for the whole duration of the two-year activity was
₱200,000.00
For this particular activity (Activity 1: FOOD TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER
Bidbid Longanisa & Bangus Spread and Activity 2: BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
TRAININGS), a total amount of ₱62,500.00 was spent as shown in the
following:
