               3. SYSTEMATIC AND EFFECTIVE PROCEDURES



                       In adoption with the standard operating procedures being implemented in the

               University, all extension projects hall be properly endorsed by the concerned office to

               the University Research, Development and Extension Council for recommendation to


               the  President  (see  figure  6).  A  Memorandum  of  Agreement  or  Memorandum  of

               Understanding (MOA/MOU) shall be executed for projects involving external partners.
