               OUTPUTS AND OUTCOMES OF BSF RESEARCHES


                       The  Fisheries  and  Marine  Science  Department  objectives  in  line  with  the

               Cavite  State  University’s  research  goals  are  to  conduct  researches  and  develop


               technologies  to  be  extended  in  the  industry  and  related  industries  and  also  to  the

               community. One of the  most distinguished  areas  in research  by the department is


               the food security, quantity- and quality-wise. Specifically, in accordance to CvSU and

               harmonized R&T agenda of the  Department of Science and Technology (Table X.


               The  research  areas  of  BS  Fisheries  (BSF)  program  in  relation  to  the  research

               agenda  of  Cavite  State  University  (CvSU)  and  the  Department  of  Science  and

               Technology  (DOST)),  focuses  on  the  Food  Quality  and  Safety  and  Post  Harvest
