5. PROVISION OF MATERIALS AND OTHER RESOURCES

To carry out the projects and activities of the program and to ensure the

attainment of the program objectives, it is very important that adequate

materials and resources are provided. These resources are categorized in two,

namely, human resources and physical resources.
