Level III Phase 2

In the past years, the MD has conducted the following extension projects so

as to attain the well define objectives:
In 2015, the Naic Pawikan Conservation Protection Program (NPCPP) was

continued for its implementation. Meeting with NPCPP regarding Pawikan Festival.

The faculty and staff, and students were actively supported and participated to the
celebration of Pawikan Festival in Brgy. Labac, Naic, Cavite.

In the same year, the BATANGAN Extension Project was started and was
approved by the board of regents on March 2015. Varied stakeholders were joined

for the consultative meetings such as Local and Provincial Government Units,

DepEd-Alternative Learning System and public elementary schools.

In 2016, the planning for the implementation of BATANGAN attended by

different beneficiaries and stakeholders. The Gender and Development (GAD) Unit
was under RDES on that year and conducted seminar on gender sensitivity and

anti-sexual harassment for graduating students. Participation of the faculty, staff

and students on women’s month celebration at CvSU Main.

In 2017, the major departments of CvSU Naic proposed the Unified

Alternative Learning System (ALS) Extension Project and was approved in 2017.
This program is a unified extension program which aim to provide extension

activities to stakeholders, particularly the out-of-school youth in Naic, Cavite. In
partnership with DepEd ALS Naic, the project was implemented.

The basic catering skills and revenue-and-expense seminar workshop

extension activity headed by Management Department (MD) was held at CvSU
Naic Computer Laboratory C last March 24, 2017. Participated by 29 participants,

16 male and 13 female. The activity started with basic catering skills lectures and
hands-on at 7:00 am to 12:00 noon while the revenue-and –expense activity was

started at 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. After the seminar workshop, participants evaluated

the seminar timeliness as “best” and overall evaluation as “best.
