                    Monitoring and Evaluation

                           Based on the work plan of activities, this Food Technology and Business


                    Management Training needed to monitor the following variables:

                        1.  Food technology learned is applicable to the business


                        2.  Demonstration on the food processing of Bidbid longanisa and Milkfish

                           spread enhanced my knowledge on the technology presented

                        3.  Activity increased my network to acquire information on starting the


                           business and the possible products for my business

                        4.  IEC materials distributed are useful in preparing the product


                        5.  Program coordination is well managed by lead agency


                           The  first  monitoring  schedule  was  done  on  May  29,  2018  at  Brgy.


                    Bancaan, Naic, Cavite. The participants was visited and interviewed by Ms.

                    Ma. Loweena C. Palomar and Ms. Abigael Miranda. Based on the interview of


                    the participants, most of them use the learned food technology on their own

                    consumption  and  not  on  their  business  as  they  lack  financial  capabilities  in

                    starting their own business. For them, eventhough the training is good like other


                    trainings provided by other agencies, they still seek for financial support to be

                    able for them to continue what they have learned.
