BASIC CATERING SKILLS AND REVENUE-AND-EXPENSE ANALYSIS SEMINAR

WORKSHOP

The basic catering skills and revenue-and-expense seminar workshop extension

activity headed by Management Department (MD) was held at CvSU Naic Computer

Laboratory C last March 24, 2017.

Participated by 29 participants, 16 male and 13 female. The activity started with

basic catering skills lectures and hands-on at 7:00 am to 12:00 noon while the revenue-

and –expense activity was started at 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

After the seminar workshop, participants evaluated the seminar timeliness as “best” and

overall evaluation as “best”.
