1. 1 GOALS OF THE UNIVERSITY LINKAGE
1. Disseminate and promote innovative, relevant, appropriate and
research-based knowledge, information and technologies to various
clients.
2. Engage and enhance partnership with various stakeholder, local
and international to address the needs of the target clients and the
communities, and the resources limitation of the extension organization;
and
3. Enhance the organizations’ capability to provide excellent and
world class extension services.
1.2 OBJECTIVES OF THE UNIVERSITY LINKAGES
The Department of Hotel and Restaurant Management lives up to the
attainment of the following goals:
1. Offering of varied undergraduate and graduate degree courses leading
to various professions that will cater to the needs of the society.
2. Offering short term courses that directly benefit the client system.
3. Improvement of facilities for both students and facilitators of learning.
4. Improvement of student performance
5. Strengthening of research and extension programs, and
6. Strengthening linkage with Go’s and NGOs and International agencies.
