               1.d Develop Health and Wellness Program for the University Personnel



                       The university ensures that school staff engages in health and wellness

               programs. The university implements the annual medical check-up to determine the

               current health status of its staff and employees.



               1.f Develop and implement a pre-retirement program Seminar on Retirement

               program



                       The university implemented programs that deals with developing seminar for

               retiree’s faculty members. Faculty member in the university participated in a pre-


               retirement program. A personal invitation should be sent to members 55 years of age

               and older.



               2.  Adequate and Relevant Project/ Activities to Achieve Objectives



                        To  understand  the  objectives  of  the  faculty  development  program  of  the

               University, the HRM Department conducts relevant activities such as:



                       2.1  Professional  advancement  and  career  development  through  advanced


               studies, trainings, seminars and workshops.
