                                           Take orders
                                           Set-up trolley for service
                                           Prepare fruit basket
                                           Serve in the guest rooms
                                           Perform bus service

                                    A.  Specialty Restaurant
                                           Receive guest in dining areas
                                           Take orders
                                           Coordinate with preparation areas/cashier
                                           Set-up tables using proper and standard setting
                                           Perform side-work and mise-en-place
                                           Serve water, coffee and other drinks to guests

                                    B.  Banquet and Catering Service
                                           Prepare banquet set-up
                                           Serve food and beverage to guests
                                           Assist in the bus service

                                    C.  Bartending
                                           Assist in preparation of garnishes
                                           Help in preparing drinks
                                           Assist in cleaning the bar
                                           Assist in inventory taking
