                              1.2.    Front Office
                                 A.  Reception/Registration
                                           Meet guest’s requirement regarding rooms and registration
                                            formalities
                                           Handles guest messages and postage
                                           Control the giving of keys to the guests
                                           Update records of guests
                                           Responsible for key racks
                                           Answer requests for information about hotel facilities and
                                            the surrounding community
                                           Handle guest correspondence
                                           Handle  telephone  traffic  for  guests  and  the  rest  of  the
                                            operation

                                 B.  Concierge
                                           Render  additional  services  to  the  guests  regarding
                                            information      outside      hotel      premises       (flight
                                            reservation/confirmation, personal needs and information)

                                 C.  Business Center
                                           Provide guest services like computer jobs, receiving and
                                            sending fax messages and photocopying
                                           Endorse  messages,  correspondence,  fax  of  in-house
                                            guests

                                 D.  Guest Relations
                                           Assist in actual reception of guest (FITs’, Group, Walk-ins)

                                 E.  Bell Service
                                           Carry luggage
                                           Deliver messages
                                           Assist in delivering and storing baggage
                                           Assist doorman in opening car and hotel doors
                                           Page private vehicles through intercom

                                 F.  Reservation
                                           Accept  new  reservations,  revisions  and  cancellations  of
                                            bookings
                                           Assist tour coordinator in the group arrivals

                               1.3 Sales and Marketing

                                           Accept in room/food and beverage selling to guests
                                           Prepare sales kit
                                           Observe sales call
                                           Accomplish forms/record
