                       On-the-Job Training Activities


                              Listed  below  are  some  activities  which  may  be  undertaken  by  the

                       students enrolled in the OJT courses



                       Hotel Phase


                              1.1.   Housekeeping


                                 A.  Guestrooms

                                           Observe  room  status,  bed  making,  bathroom  cleaning,
                                            dusting and cleaning or room
                                           Turn down of beds
                                           Conduct  hands-on  bed  making,  cleaning,  dusting  and
                                            bathroom cleaning
                                           Accomplish forms used in the selection
                                           Helps in the assignments of chambermaids and room boys



                                 B.  Linen Room
                                           Receive dirty linen
                                           Issue uniform, linens and other supplies
                                           Repair linen and uniform
                                           Accomplish the necessary form


                                 C.  Laundry
                                           Sort out linens
                                           Laundry the linens
                                           Feed linen into iron press
                                           Fold linens
                                           Accomplish the necessary form



                                 D.  Public Areas
                                           Maintain  the  cleanliness  of  locker  rooms,  offices  and
                                            cafeteria
                                           Clean lobby, powder rooms, garden and pools
