graduates encountered low salary problems while self-employed, experienced

competition in other firm.

Based from the findings of the study, the following conclusions were drawn: (1) most

of the participants are female, single (2) the majority of graduates in their nature of

work are employed through personal application which are currently working for 2-5

years and most of the participants were employed in services which almost half were

rendered excellent performance making them permanent I their status of appointment;

in the assessment of present position employed graduates found themselves just

appropriate for the present position while self-employed graduates operates

satisfactory in business performance; their field specialization is moderately related

to their current job; and when it comes to problem/ difficulties encountered, employed

graduates given a low salary and competition on other firm among self-employed; (3)

in terms of level of satisfaction of graduates, skills learned in CvSU- Naic are rated

highly satisfied; facilities and equipment of the school rated as very satisfied; to

technological advancement was satisfactory; to teaching strategy and school policies

are rated very satisfactory. They researcher recommended the following: (1) A

direction to continue pursuing the mind of graduates to be in their field o specialization

(2) information for school to continually maintain the good quality of education for

students (3) More focus should be placed for the school guidance to be active in

organizing job fair for the graduates of CvSU- Naic (4) Take consider the technology

equipment like baking oven, cooking stove, minibar and other facilities for HRM

students.
