All research and extension projects shall be properly endorsed by the

concerned office to the Campus Research Development and Extension Services
office for recommendation to the Campus Administrator. A Memorandum of

Agreement or Memorandum of Understandings (MOA/MOU) shall be executed for
projects involving external partners.

The CvSU Naic campus is manned with competent and dynamic Campus

Administrator, extension coordinators and faculty who ensures that the target
extension projects are properly implemented. Through proper consultation and

coordination with the RDES, the campus has been actively facilitating the following
component projects:

a. Conceptualization and Preparation

This phase covers the time of preparation from the conceptualization of the

target extension project, preparation and endorsement of the proposal for approval
to the concerned department/units, and creation of the Research Development

Extension Services (RDES) committee involving the students and community
partners prior to its implementation.
