Community Needs Assessment per Training
Ms. Elsa Nueva, Ms. Ma. Loweena C. Palomar and Ms. Abigael M.
Miranda together with the HRM Students conducted a Community Needs
Assessment on October 19, 2017 at Brgy. Bancaan, Naic, Cavite.
Based on the Community Needs Assessment conducted by the team, it
shows that Bangus Spread with a total of 19 percent of the respondents and
housekeeping with a total of 16 percent of the respondents got the first and
second highest in the tabulation in terms of the hotel and restaurant
management training. Since the two trainings are both in different genre, the
department decided to use bidbid longganisa food technology which got eight
percent of the total respondents. Both bidbid longganisa and milkfish spread
have same denominator of raw material which is the fish industry.
