                           Ms. Adiliza G. Nazareno facilitated the training on Milkfish spread. While


                    discussing the process of preparing the spread, she demonstrated the step by

                    step process in preparing it. The participants are divided into 8 groups and they

                    followed what the demonstrator instructed them to do.
