SUCCESS STORIES OF BSHRM GRADUATES
Ms. Anna Shane Ambion
She is graduated cum laude in April 2008. She was an active student both in
curricular and extra – curricular activities. She was a scholar and a student leader,
being the president of then, HRM Society.
She was fortunately included in the International Practicum Training Program
of CHED in Singapore. Because of her outstanding performance in her six (6) months
training in Singapore, she was chosen by her manager at the restaurant in Singapore
to become permanent full time food attendant, leading to her to graduate in absencia.
With her perseverance and passion in providing excellent service she promoted
as captain waiter and later as service manager in the same establishment where she
had her international practicum training which is considered as one of the longest
operating restaurant and microbrewery in Singapore.
According to her, achieving her present position is not easy. It takes a lot of
hard work, determination and courage. She believes that nothing is impossible as
long as you know your goals in life, keeping oneself motivated and always having a
faith with Almighty God.
She now was able to support her family and she considered having her own
family and permanently resides in Singapore as another milestone in her life.
She was very thankful to her university for opening the door her in working in
an international area through the international practicum training program, that really
help her to develop her knowledge and skills. He was also thankful to her professor
