Mr. Bonifacio Lethi Milloren Jr.

Boyet is graduated in 2003. During his time he is a campus heart-rob and as

he joined beauty contest he won several title and crowned as Mr. HRM Society in

2002. His jolly and friend personality lead him to become popular in the campus.

After graduation he immediately hired at Pier One Grill and Restaurant as a

food attendant from December 2003 – June 2005. He move to Mount Sea Grand

Resort and Hotel as barista from January 2006 – December 2006. He was promoted

as banquet captain in the same establishment from December 2006 – January 2007.

Because of his positive attitude towards work he was again promoted as food and

beverage manager from January 2007-May 2010.

In order widen experience in the field of hospitality industry, he moved to Puerto

Del Sol Resort and Hotel in Bolinao, Pangasinan as food and beverage manager from

December 2010 – June 2012.

Due to the far-off distant of his work from his family, he decided to go back to

Mount Sea Resort in December 2012 – May 2014 as banquet manager.

In order to experience new nature of work he again moved back to Puerto Del

Sol Resort and Hotel in Bolinao, as front desk manager from June 2014 – May 2015.

In September 2015, he decided to establish his own business. With all the

knowledge and experience he gained through the years of working as an hotelier. He

decided to establish a catering business and that is the birth of “The Banquet Manager
