F. Require education students to undergo field study courses for
observation and familiarization with the actual classroom activities/
situation

Field study courses for actual classroom observation is regarded as

an effective teaching means so that education students could be given

several opportunities on the firsthand encounters in the real world of

teaching. These opportunities are as follows:

Education students have the chances to reflect on the

characteristics of a school environment that is safe, secured and

supportive; observe the differences in the students’ characteristics and

needs so that they could implement learning activities and assessment

that are developmentally appropriate; examine how classrooms are

structured or designed to allow everyone’s maximum participation and

effective learning; identify the best practices in dealing with diversity in the
