                          On-the-Job Training Program Description

The On-the-Job Training is a highly organized training program under

the supervision of an expert. This enables the trainees to make use of their

knowledge, skill, values and attitudes to some practical situation in the

workplace. It helps them to be familiar with the processes inherent in their

areas of specialization as well as the nature of their jobs. This helps the

trainees to sharpen skills and at the same time improve communication and

interpersonal relations. This allows the trainees to easily adapt themselves

to their career and the workplace in the future.
