                           Course Description: This course deals with actual work experience in hotel


                              phase with emphasis on housekeeping department.

                          Credit: 5 Units (A total of 240 hours must be rendered in Hotels)


                          HRML 199-2 Food and Beverage Practicum

                           Course  Description:  This  course  deals  with  actual  work  experience  in


                              restaurant phase with emphasis on food and beverage production and

                              services. It also deals with the experiences on sales, storage, receiving

                              and related areas.
