                       C.  Learning Activities and Outcomes-Based Assessment

                                 To  meet  the  intended  learning  outcomes  of  the  Bachelor  of


                          Secondary Education (BSEd) program,  CvSU Naic adheres to CMO No.

                          46 series 2012 “Policy-Standard to Enhance Quality Assurance (QA) in the


                          Philippine Higher Education Through an Outcomes-Based and Typology-

                          Based QA.”


                                 An OBE syllabus for each course is  prepared by  assigned faculty

                          members at the start of the semester. Such syllabus reflects the learning


                          activities,  and  outcomes-based  assessment  following  the  suggested

                          curriculum delivery schemes and methods on CMO 75 series 2017.

                                 The teaching strategies are enriched through cooperative learning


                          and  activities,  blended  learning,  google  classroom  application,  computer

                          assisted  instruction,  brainstorming,  and  micro  teaching.  Course


                          requirements includes individual and group projects/ reports/ performance

                          activities, portfolio, and oral/ written reports.


                                 The program indicators, presented in Table 6 below, determines the

                          effectiveness of teaching strategies and learning activities.
