Level III Phase 2
3. SYSTEMATIC AND EFFECTIVE PROCEDURE
3.1 Periodic Review of the Curriculum
The program Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management
has two existing curricula, the first one was first offered in 204 and the second one
was offered in SY 2008-2009.
A Curriculum Review and Development Committee is formed by the

whenever a new curriculum is proposed with CHED Memorandum Order, upon
recommendations of accreditors or whenever deemed necessary. Curriculum
review is done in the University level, with participation of representatives of
branch campuses offering the same courses.
The proposed curriculum, done with representatives from faculty
members, students, parents and alumni, is deliberated by the College/ Campus
Academic Council before it is presented for approval by the members of the
University Administrative Council. Finally, the proposed curriculum is presented
for approval to the Board of Regents.
