               NAIC CAMPUS

                       It shall produce professional, skilled, and morally upright individuals for global

               competitiveness.



                       The Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives of the College are being formulated

               collectively among its stakeholders. Through the University Planning, Monitoring, and


               Evaluation  Unit,  the  VMGOs  of  the  College  and  the  University  System  are  being

               formed through series of workshops and consultations.



                       It  takes  about  three  to  four  strategic  planning  workshops  and  consultations

               before the College VMGO is finalized. The development plans are classified into short


               term (5 years) and long term (10 years, the maximum projected plan).


                       All performance targets collated within each College/Unit are being monitored

               regularly  and  evaluated  every  semester.  Academic  Affairs  plans  and  targets  are


               centered to the needs and demands of the College clientele.


                       Development Planning of the College is also being based on the Municipal and


               Provincial  Development  so  as  to  reconcile  inconsistencies  for  the  benefit  of  its

               beneficiaries, the students, and other stakeholders.



                       All plans and performance targets are being reviewed annually to determine if

               there is a need to revise or reform its priorities as required by the national development


               agenda.


                       The department shall endeavor to:


                1.  provide relevant and quality course offering in the undergraduate levels to improve

                   student performance;


                2.  conduct relevant researches in the different areas in management and hospitality

                   industry to enrich the learning process;
