Mistake was made during the uploading of the grades of the
students.
Changing of grades must be done by the teacher using the Change of
Grade Form prescribed by the Campus Registrar.”
Completion of “INC” grades
“A student with a grade of INC” or Incomplete may submit completion
requirements to the teacher who issued the grade within the schedule
prescribed by the Campus Registrar after payment of a completion fee.
The teacher who issued the grade of INC” must receive and evaluate the
completion requirement submitted by the student and give a final grade.
To give a final grade, the teacher must accomplish and submit four (4)
copies of the University prescribed Completion Form and have it approved
by the Department Chair and Campus Administrator. The teacher submits
the approved form to the University Registrar. Upon approval by the
Campus Registrar one copy will be retained by the Campus Registrar, one
copy will be returned to the student and one copy to the Department
Chair.”
Removal examinations for grades of “4.0”
“Students with grade of 4.0 may take a removal examination as one final
chance to pass the subject after payment of a removal examination fee.
The teacher who issued the grade of 4.0 must a removal examination to
the students within the schedule prescribed by the University Registrar,
check the test paper, return the test paper to the student, and give a final
grade to the student which may be a failing or passing grade. The teacher
must accomplish four copies of the Campus Registrar’s prescribed
Removal of Grades Form and submit it for approval to the Department
Chair, Campus Administrator and Campus Registrar. Upon approval, the
Registrar returns one copy to the Department Chair and one copy to the
student.”
Student consultation periods
“The teacher must include in their workload a 2-hour per week consultation
period for the students that must be reflected in their work schedule.”
Utilization of Various Teaching Strategies and Methods
A co-curricular activities, and use of computer-aided instruction/computer
assisted variety strategies/methods are employed to stimulate the critical and
analytical thinking of students and to facilitate the learning process. This include
lecture-discussion, integrated method, group activity, fieldtrips, exposure to
laboratory exercise, demonstration, simulation, case studies, involvement in
