               3.2 Preparation and Use of Approved Syllabi


                       Teacher-made instructional materials and brief description of the procedures


               followed in the production of instructional materials.


                       Course Syllabi are made by each subject instructor at the start of the semester.


               Instructors  handling  the  same  subjects  worked  with  each  other  to  come  up  with  a

               common syllabus for their subject. Syllabi are approved by the Dept. Chair, Director


               for Curriculum & Instruction and the Campus Dean.
